History of Religion

Armenia was the first country in the world to adopt Christianity as a state religion in 301 A.D.

The Armenian Apostolic Church is the national church of Armenians. The first book written in the Armenian alphabet was the Holy Bible translated from Syriac.

The Armenian people honors their religious traditions for centuries, and educates their children to be worthy continuations of their kind.

During these classes our students read, listen and discuss Biblical parables.

Teaching religion is a good way to help children have a better understanding of belief. Because it will encourage critical thinking skills in all aspects of life. They become more attentive to each other, learn to comprehend the principles of the universe. They learn to distinguish the concept of "good" from the concept of "evil" and educate in themselves honesty, decency and kindness.
